I spent most of Friday in the kitchen cooking up an Indian feast. The good news was that it was edible. Even better it tasted almost like it should have. Well, let me clarify. The basmati rice was a bit sticky probably from too much water. The palak paneer was a bit bland, but my cheese cubes rocked. Not sure what happened, but I'm guessing an ingredient was left off the recipe. But the big surprise of the evening was my chicken makhani. It was awesome! I will definitely make it again.
